Leadership
The Caucus is chaired on an annual rotation by one of the three core jurisdictions. These jurisdictions are responsible for setting the agenda and determining the interests and direction of the group.
PNWER delegates and staff promote a variety of Arctic-related issues in the U.S. and Canada, helping to foster awareness about the challenges and advantages of the changing Arctic.
