- Travelers must be fully vaccinated
- partial vaccinations are not accepted
- If you have recovered from COVID-19, you still need a full series of vaccines
- Fully vaccinated travelers are not subject to the federal requirement to quarantine
- Pre-entry Test Requirements
- All travelers (5+) must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular test to enter Canada, regardless of vaccination status. Test must be conducted within 72 hours of scheduled departure time (if flying) and 72 hours of planned entry into Canada (if driving).
- Only PCR or Nucleic acid test accepted; rapid antigen tests will not be accepted
- If you have had COVID-19 and recovered....
- you can provide proof of a positive COVID-19 molecular test taken between 14 and 180 days before travel
- You must show paper or electronic proof of test results. Please keep test results with you while in Canada
- Upload proof of vaccination in ArriveCAN app
- Download ArriveCAN to enter your proof of vaccination (including details and photo vaccination card), and travel information up to 72 hours before your travel
- Be sure to also bring original proof of vaccination with you

- ArriveCAN receipt with letter I or V beside the vaccinated traveler's name

- CBSA may randomly select you for random testing at the border crossing

- U.S. Citizens returning by land or sea borders are not required to show a COVID test result to return by land or sea border
- U.S. Citizens returning by Air will need to provide a negative test result taken within 72 hours of scheduled travel.

The Economic Leadership Forum will be a hybrid event with the opportunity for registrants to attend and network virtually should they elect not to attend in-person. We recognize the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the pandemic and will continue to monitor public health guidance.
PNWER will abide by current provincial and local health guidelines and venue policies as it relates to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout the event, measures will be taken to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, including requiring all attendees to show proof of full vaccination, requiring the use of masks while indoors, and allowing for social distancing.
We encourage you to take appropriate precautions against the infection or spread of COVID-19 out of respect for yourself and others. If you are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you stay home, and we encourage you to attend virtually. We will honor full refunds for those who need to cancel due to COVID-19.
