CANCELLATION POLICY

We're sorry that you are no longer able to join us. We do have virtual registration options available as an alternative to joining us in-person and we would be happy to adjust your registration for you. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact registration [email protected] as soon as possible to cancel your event registration. Full refunds, minus a 3% processing fee, will be offered through July 15. No refunds will be offered after July 15.

If you cannot attend due to illness or exposure to COVID-19, your registration will be fully refunded.

EVENT APP

We will be using an online platform called Whova for this event. Within Whova you can view the agenda and plan your personal schedule, receive onsite updates and announcements, find out who is attending and reach out to other attendees in advance, access documents and slides, submit questions to panelists and event organizers (us!), and organize meet-ups onsite with other attendees! For our virtual attendees, you will access the virtual content and streaming links through Whova.

After you register for the Summit, download the event app and login with the email address you used within registration. Once you have signed up, you should be taken directly to the event page (as soon as we have it live). Already used the Whova app in the past? Double-check that it is installed on your phone, and log in using your existing account email and password. Additional details on how to access the Whova event page are included on your Event Registration Confirmation. If you have additional questions, please email [email protected]
